1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are available only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective or not as per the order.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the issue.
3. Refund Process
- Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be initiated within 10–15 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect details provided by the customer (such as name, phone number, or shipping address).
- Delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are provided only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Replacement will be processed once the defective product is verified.
